In history, the name " Beiteddine " has always occupied a highly distinguished position. Far from this quiet Lebanese town, and from it's famous palace, the palace of "Beiteddine " - staanding proudly on top of a hill overlooking the town - where the policy if the state of Lebanon used to be run in the late 18th century. On top of the ruling administartion was Prince Bashir 11, who extended the sovereignity of the State, and established it's foundation on the basis of justice and equality.

Far from this palace, policy and security decisions were issued, and projects of construction and development emerged. Prince Bashir was only just and wise, but generous and hospitable as well, and his reputation of genorosity was in no way less than his reputation for justice and wisdom.

In the Beiteddine Palce, banquets were held for about 500 guests on a daily basis. feasts and banquets marked with generosity, abundance, and hospitality, and brought to Prince Bashir more pride of uniqueness of the genuine Lebanese cuisine, both for quality and taste

Here in the this small Lebanese house " Beiteddine " we pride ourselves on our menu, of which every single dish is prepared by a specialist chef with long experienxe in preparing the most delicious Lebanese Food.
